Environmental changes and global competition increase, empowerment issue and its impact limitation on employeesʹ performance, are positioned in the managerʹs locus of control Golestan Province Communication Company has implemented employeesʹ empowerment project. How much empowerment implementation in this company could have achieved the organizational goals through employeesʹ performance improvement, is the present problem. Therefore the main question of the research is: Has empowerment implementation been able to affect employeesʹ performance?
The type of research is applied and the used method is descriptive and casual or post occurrence.
Statistical population 551 persons and sample mass 226 people with the use of random sampling simple style. Collection data style was library and square and used of instrument such as questioner and existent surrey document and evidences in collection data. The reliability of the questioners was assessed by alpha Cronbachʹs style for first questioner and second questionnaire. ./98 and ./95 respectively. Also the validity was confirmed by style containing narrative. For data analysis the statistical style was used including simple regression, Wilcoxon, spearman, Friedman, with defining accuracy of hypothesis search purposes. Finally get result have 99 certainty of them confirmation hypothesis test.
