Developing Studentsʹ Welfare Fund Information System and Implementing Approaches based on Regulations of Islamic Azad University

The Main purpose of this article is to develop students9 welfare fund information system and implementing approaches based on regulations of Islamic Azad University. Therefore we studied present desired situation of studentsʹ welfare fund performance from the stand points of fund managers and financial managers of 12 regions of Islamic Azad University. The type of research is applied and descriptive- survey method was used. The questioner includes 72 close questions of Likert scale, in two sections of present and desired situation. Reliability of questions was estimated by 86% alpha Cronbachʹs coefficient The validity, from the kind of content, was confirmed through using 5 academic instructors and 5 and experts. Statistical samples include 150fund and financial managers of 12 regions of Islamic Azad University, who were selected through random sampling. Data analysis, descriptive and inferential, was implemented using SPSS software. Seven questions were studied. The results show that the given fund is below the average regarding the desired situation and developing studentsʹ welfare Fund information system is mandatory. In addition, the mean comparison of samples view, based on their record and the rank of their university had significant difference. Finally, based on research finding, Studentsʹ welfare Fund information system was developed and recommended to be used for all university branches.
