Suitability Study of Content and Structural Domensins of Islamic Azad University: Case study, Firoozkuh Branch

This article follows to identify the suitability of content and structural dimensions of Firoozkuh University. Structural dimensions include centralization, formalization, complexity, and content dimensions include environment, goal and technology. Determining structural and content dimensions, standard questionnaires were used. Judgmental face validity was used for validity, and for the reliability Cronbachʹs alpha was %81. Population includes all managers, experts, and board members of management field in Firoozkuh University. Since in this research the population was equal to samples, descriptive analysis was used. The finding shows that organizational complexity is suitable with goals, technology, and organizational size. Organizational centralization is suitable with goals and strategies, technology and organizational size.
