Transference and gathering of urban sewerage by means of Hydro Model Case study: North of Tehran(Kan,Hesarak and Darband Basins)

Cities are as the most productive makeable sewerage in the world. Since there are spatial of lifestyle so a lot of sewerage was generated and in the other hand cities are able to create runoff because of impervious surface. The first action is to delineating natural drainage and gathering of water in the urban area. Identity of drainage network is the principal action in water resources management. As a result to producing geodatabase for sewerage is way to manage the waste water. The Hydro Model in GIS is able to create spatial database for drainage and in the other words the best tools is built to engine the gathering network of sewerage. This research has been done in the north of Tehran where Kan, Hesarak and Darband basins consist. Kan basin is located in west-north of Tehran where were covered with bare land. There are 21 and 22 regions in this area. Hesarak basin extends of north to south of Tehran and was included Darabad, Pounak, Jannatabad, Aryashahr, Azadi, Azari and Neamatabad. Darband basin consists Modares highway and Valyasr Street along the north-west Shariati Street to Rahahan square. Data of this project are digital topographical map 1:25000, ETM images of Land sat satellite and Aster Images of Tehran. For gathering of sewerage, the center lines of water were delineated with using multi polynomial regression. Drainage points were coded with stream link function. Output data were discussed base on Tehran map. The comparison of the results with Tehran map showed that, there is a control point closed to Taleghani town in Kan basin. Also there is some drainage point in Darband basin that they are able to gather water of 7 regions. The best place to build a refinery is around Motahhary or Beheshti Street.
