The Need for Training Courses and How to Apply Them to Train and to Educate Community Policing

The complexity and the difficulty of police work is not only increasing but it is changing. Therefore regarding this situation the police training should always check and change its objectives and contents according to new conditions. The success of community policing in administration area regarding the changes and the noticeable differences between community policing and traditional policing are not materialized easily. The ambiguity here is whether the theoretical training can ensure the exceptions of community policing training. The community policing training should be based on adult training. So training the personnel they should first know completely the communities policing theories and views and then based on community policing these concepts are materialized in real world in the form of training and in practice.
