Applying of technique in Population Potential, metric Communication, based on behavioral and environmental geography in rural planning

The Contemporize geography has seen the main changes in descriptive geography regarding analytic issues which based on behavior and action of man to his environment. In this research, the population potential and matrix communication techniques have applied which emphasize on the aspects of rural behaviors on relation to the environment. The author has Considered the factors which are more significant, such in population, behavioral patterns, Communication Channels in his theories. In Comparing the result of his research with theories indicate that there is more important in rural planning. This approach has not only more advantages in researching on a particular region, but also can be used as a Model in the other area.
