Analyzing The Implication of Suggestion System by The Application of Topsis Technique (Case Study)

Participatory Management System is one of the most important way for increasing the productivity of an organization. This can improve the innovatory skills of the personnel. Applying this method can also decrease the costs and centralization of management in an organization. In this study the application of suggestion system in Yazd Electric Company in the period of 2001- 2004 is analyesed. In doing so based on the collection of data relating to finance and personal through distribution of questionaires, we have tried to analyse this managerial system by the application of descriptive and deductive data to evaluate its implication. Applying Topsis technique, the result shows that, among the variables which affect the procedure, improving the innovation power of the staff gets the first rank and making profit gets the last rank and it signifies that the benefits gained, is about twenty times more than the costs of using this system in that period.
