The subject of present research focused on considering the impact of communication technologies (ICTs) on changing social behavior. The major question of research set forth as follows: is there any relation between sexuality, duration of use of internet, the extend of daily use of internet and consequences of use of internet (social, cultural and psychological behavior consequences).The minor questions set forth as follow: does the use of internet cause changing in psychological status, social and cultural behavior? in extend of designing questions of the research hypothesis gathered in this way: there is a relationship between sexuality, duration of internet use, the extend of daily use of internet and consequences of use of internet. Moreover, use of internet causes changing in psychological status and social and cultural behavior. In addition, major purposes of the research focused on considering the relationship between sexuality, duration of use of internet, outcome of use of internet and the minor purposes focused on considering the impact of use of internet on social, cultural and psychological behaviors. All the students of 18-28 years old of Teheran is forming this research society who are studying by utilizing simple Random sampling method at Islamic Azad universities (Central branch, East Branch and Branch of sciences and Researches), 329 subjects were chosen as sufficient sample. It is it is necessary to mention that the present design plan has been placed in the explanatory boundaries and it is the type of that of ground finding (measured).
For this, purpose the collection of data, from the researcher questionnaire made of 67 questions has been utilized comprising the questions in concern with psychological, cultural and social behavior consequences. It has desirable Reliability (Alpha=0.91).ultimately, in order to statistically analyze the statistical tests Man-Whitney u and chi-square. odd variable has been utilized and it was specified that there is a meaningful relation between the level of duration of using internet and daily use of internet which has psychological, cultural, and social behavioral consequences and by the increase of the duration and daily use of internet ,the depression, preoccupation ,isolation, being contemptible, discomfort, mental dependence to internet, disregarding family, work, education and friends, decrease of social activities and addiction to internet and replacement of internet relationship instead of real relationship is also increased. While, no meaningful relation was observed between sexuality and psychological, cultural and social behavior.
