A Sociallogical Study of the level of womenʹ$ social trust to police in the city of Tehran

Being in the low level of social and capital trust is one of the important problems in developing and undeveloped society which our country is kindly encounter with too. Recognition of impediments and planning to promote it, districted reliance in all aspects of social system which would lead to complete social development and arrangement if not impossible accessing to must be so difficult. The subject of this survey and thesis is the level of female social trust to police in Tehran city. The purpose of this survey is sociologic description and analyzing for identify and informing about the level and share of each factors in predicting it in iran police system. The importance and necessity of trusting to police result from this fact that the police are one the trust maker elements in society. In surveying the literature and studying the point of views and theories and reviewing the previous references the theoretical framework and analyzing model shaped and proposed based on survey questions and fundamental hypothesis. In methodology unit in addition to introducing the population, sample size, sampling method, the method of estimating the validity and reliability the instruments and the method of analyzing the data have introduced. In the data analyzing unit firstly we describe the sample by use of center based indicators as table and graph and then by using statistical inference we practically testing the hypothesis, which in this trend the most of HI hypothesis confirmed and HO rejected and at last in multivariable analyzing by using the path to path regression by stepwise method, the share and role of effective elements in dependent variable (trusting to police) determined. Finally based on the thesis results some suggestions in some fundamental method for promoting the quality of female citizens social trust to po- lice have presented.
