The present research aims at explaining the reasons of individuals tendency towa rd «Gold Quest». It also tries to identify interpretative performances, impressions and processes which form internet marketing. The utilized conceptual frameworks and those, which are constructed on the axis of function principles, life politics, trust and risk, modern identity policy, X generation, lifestyle, global consumption identity and job identity. The research type is quantitative and relies on active observation techniques, and interview with 20 young people ranging from 20 to 30 (men and woman) who have high school diploma or over that have been chosen through theoretical sampling. The results of the research indicate that majority of the surveyed persons suffer from economic, social and political problems. Categorization of people based on Weber class-conscious indicates that the motivations and reasons of committing an activity is a combination of rational and irrational measures. In majority of cases irrational deed has a higher role. After commitment, fluidity and dialectic of various deeds is observed. Familiarity with habits of modern identity and x generation, new work experience and new economic habits are among notional visible performances which are positive and invisible. Majority of the under survey persons have a modern experience of phenomena like trust, friendship and risk. The research findings represent the issue of «Gold Quest manliness» which includes «timing manliness», womenʹs boycott from the society and team, and partition between «feminine habit» and «manly scene». The studies indicate that members use various techniques to attract and motivate others. Studying stratification and power pattern inside Gold Quest indicates that based on economic, social, cultural and symbolic capitals, individuals achieve secular and various symbolic interests. In line with this, we witness practicing symbolic violence. Studies indicated that the partition between «habit» and «scene» is revolutionary, radical and tragic. Gold Quest has some signs and performances similar to semi-religious organizations of mystical sect type. Gold Quest is a kind of identity policy.
