Challenges Ahead of Ershad Patrols, as agents of Establishing Social Security from the Executors and Target Groupʹs View

Social security promotion plan commenced since May 2007 all over the country. One of the proofs of the plan is encountering improper veil by police forces known as moral security police or Ershad patrols. The research has evaluated the challenges ahead of Ershad patrols in the view of the patrol members on one hand and the target group, on the other. The results of the research indicate that there are two types of challenges. First, legal challenges of the plan which is the most important reason for rise of human challenges and consequently the challenges ahead of to be considered in both groups.
