This article examines the effect of group on individualsy performance therefore 160students selected through cluster sampling from elementary school according to four geographical direct include first grade (40boy students), first grade (40girl students) fifth grade (40boy students) fifth grade (40girl students). So, each of them first as the individuals and then as a group start running. Speed and quickness of their running are calculated based on chronometer. ZC test and confidence of 99% show that group influences individuals^ performance and improves their efficiency.
