Present study was performed for the purpose of assessing the function of Shahid Rajaee Teacher Training University in human resources and leadership. Statistical population was composed of academic and executive staff of the University of Shahid Rajaee. Dividing random sampling was used to select the sample population. A self-designed questionnaire was used to collect data required. The reliability of the questionnaire was measured by use of alpha Cranbachs, with the degree of 0.95. Perceptive statistical single sampled test, ANOVA test, and Shoffeh Test were used to analyze the data collected. The result of study pointed out that from the view of participants in research, variables such as mission creating, vision, moral principles and dominate dignities over organization, interaction of managers with customers and society representatives, enhancement of excellence culture and human resources management at low level and detecting variables, maintain of managers from organizational development, managers participation in establishing and using organizational management system, rate of encouragement for staff function, staff and organization interaction, and eventually, staff empowerment had a desirable assessment. The excellent organizational situation among leadership and human sources area in the university had also a suitable assessment.
