چكيده لاتين :
In the worldʹs highly competitive industry, having talented human resources, especially in a management level guarantees superiority of one company over another. Nowadays the challenge most organizations encounter is to hire, develop and keep these talented staff. This article by defining talent management and current models in this regard, tries to introduce and design a native and theoretical model for oil industry which in turn leads to a better performance of countryʹs oil industry.Upgrading scientific knowledge to establish talent management in oil industry, 2) Making plans to fill key positions in future by training and managing talented individuals.Talent management model was first modified in 1997 in worldʹs organizations, but its importance has recently been highlighted in Iran. This research, therefore, is considered a new managerial study concerning human resource management at least in Iran. The followings are what managers and researchers may benefit from:1 Upgrading scientific knowledge to establish talent management in oil industry, 2) Making plans to fill key positions in future by training and managing talented individuals.
