The Role of Human Resource Development in Achieving Oil Industryʹs 1404 Perspective

Nowadays, human resource development is considered as a prerequisite to achieve success in organization .Thus, countries are considering new ways to develop appropriate strategies to expand their human resources, so that they can achieve sustainable economical, social, cultural and political development. In the personal level, organizations also need creative and valuable forces to survive and develop. This dream may not come true unless organizations have an appropriate plan to develop their own human resources actively. Regarding perspective of Islamic Republic of Iran in 1404 and formulating that perspective (and its obligations) in oil industry, the role of human resources, especially human resource development asan important factor to achieve 20-year perspective is highly critical. This article tries to formulate the position of human resource development in oil industry and determine the most important strong and weak points using content analysis method and finally introduce a model for developing human resource concerning perspective of Islamic Republic of Iran in 1404.
