چكيده لاتين :
Moral charters and moral self-image have long been considered as an issue having various and different aspects and components. Scientific and theoretical perspectives as well as practical strategies have been proposed concerning this issue and consequently have aroused a lot of controversies in the field of religion, philosophy, ethics and management by experts and intellectuals. This article by examining moral acts, discusses about their psychological origins and then investigates various theories related to measurement of a moral act including intrinsic virtue and enormity of actions and inspiration (among others) and mentions to effective factors on moral and immoral acts .Consequently, fourfold principles of value ethics, namely commitment, supervision, blame and accusation are examined based on traditions and studies of psychologists are then emphasized.Finally, universal aspects concerning formulation of organizationsʹ moral charter together with their norms such as genuineness, ownership, trustfulness, transparency, status, fairness, citizenship and mutual sensitivity were analyzed and instances of above-mentioned charter were offered in the areas under study.
