Analysis of Competitive Advantage in Developing Strategic Management of Human Resource Case Study: Oil Industry

In a competitive and dynamic world of today, strategic management plays a major and an important role. On the other hand, Human resource is considered as an important and critical factor for an organization to develop and compete with other organizations .Unfortunately, the new approach doesnʹt pay much attention to human resource management and the role it plays on strategic management studies and literature. Strategic management of humanresource is defined as, all effective activities done to motivate people to obtain organizationʹs goal with the maximum proficiency and profitability .This article tries to identify various aspects of competitive advantage and analyze its position and role on developing strategic management of human resource. In this article, therefore, we use oil industry as a case study to conduct respective model. This article also determines appropriate parameters to formulate conceptual model of research after studying and examining literature of research. In addition, using questionnaire, we extracted related data to conduct model from research statistical community and final model of research was, consequently formed. Finally, practical recommendations to use competitive advantage for developing strategic management in the field of human resources will be offered.
