چكيده لاتين :
Between 1333-1340 A.H. /1915-1922 A.C., a group of Iranian Intellectuals congregated in Berlin/Germany and under the title "Iranian National Committee". This committee favored by the actual position of Germany power in Europe, were trying to challenge Russia and British firm situation in Iran through publication newspapers and their contacts with other cooperators inside country. On the other hand, the distinguished status of most of the committeeʹs members beside some unsuccessful experiences, made it to follow its plans through a rather cultural method. They continued publication of newspapers, books, etc., and established of a printing institution by the effectual help of Germans.
