Pathology of Student Movement in Iran (1370s-1380s)

Based on the commitment to the society, awareness and youth, the student movement has always been the source of many intellectual and political changes in contemporary societies. This movement somehow distanced from its thinking traditions and its old causes after the Islamic revolution while it was ideologically unified prior to the revolution. Critical and democratic orientations gradually found their way in this movement and it experienced a kind of plurality within itself. This paper refers to student movementʹs history and analyzes its place after the revolution and concentrates on pathology of the movement in Iran
