لقب: نمادي از هويت تا برچسبي از حقارت؟

چكيده موضوع اين پژوهش اهميت لقب در هويت‌بخشي به افراد است. پر واضح است كه هويت نقش مهمي در برقراري روابط فرد با ديگران و مشاركت اجتماعي دارد و لقب به عنوان يكي از عناصر تشكيل‌دهنده هويت از اين منظر داراي اهميت است. ازاين‌رو، پژوهش حاضر درصدد است تا نقش اين عامل را در هويت بخشي به افراد تشريح نموده و ابعاد فرهنگي لقب را به عنوان نمادي از تعلق طبقاتي و هويت فردي بررسي نمايد. باتوجه‌به ماهيت موضوع و بعد فرهنگي آن از روش كيفي استفاده مي‌شود. جامعه مورد مطالعه روستاهاي منطقه «هورامان » واقع در غرب ايران مي‌باشد. لقب، از يك طرف، برچسبي است كه ديگران آن را به فرد نسبت مي‌دهند و به شكل انتسابي از پدر به فرزند مي‌رسد كه هم مي‌تواند مايه مباهات باشد و هم مانعي در راه ابراز توانمندي‌هاي شخصي و نمايش خويشتن به حساب آيد كه بعد دوم و تحقيرآميز لقب در اين پژوهش بيشتر محرز است و در اين معني مفهوم «داغ ننگ» گافمن را تداعي مي‌كند. از طرف ديگر، لقب نمادي براي تعلق طبقاتي و جايگاه اجتماعي فرد است كه بر اين اساس طبقات حاكم و گروه‌هاي فرادست اجتماع، مثل خان، شيخ و ملاّ، فاقد القاب تحقيرآميز و توده مردم داراي آن مي‌باشند. مهم‌ترين نتيجه اين‌كه كنشگران در جريان كنش‌هاي متقابل خويش و در غياب فرد به نسبت دادن لقب تحقيرآميز به او دخيل بوده‌اند كه يكسان‌سازي اجتماعي منفي از پيامد چنين كنشي است (من دارم، چرا ديگران نداشته باشند؟)

This research shows the significance of Nickname in giving identity to individuals. Itʹs obvious that identity has a significant role in establishment of relationship and participation in the community. Thus, the current research tries to describe the effect of this variable on forming identity. It also attempts to survey its cultural aspects as a sign of class belonging and individual identity. Due to the features of the topic and its cultural aspect, qualitative methods are utilized. The domain of our study is the villages of Horaman Region in the western part of Iran .In one way, the nickname is a label given to a person by others, and it is inherited from father to the child that may be considered as a matter of honor or as an obstacle to fulfill personal capacities and self-representation. The second aspect, the degrading effect of nickname, is more prevailing and therefore, it studied in this investigation. In this meaning, it can be associated with Goffmanʹs Stigma. In the other word, nickname is a sign of class belonging and an individual social status. Accordingly, the dominant classes and superior groups of the community like: Khan, Sheikh and Molla do not have such contempting nicknames of the masses. The most significant conclusion is that the actors are involved in the process of their interactions and it relating a degrading nickname to others in their absence and social negative equalizing is the result of such an action ("I have it, why not the others").
