School-Based Management Dimensions and Components: A Conceptual Model

اين پژوهش با هدف شناسايي ابعاد و مؤلفه‌هاي نظام مديريت مدرسه‌محوري و ارائة چارچوب مناسب اجرا گرديده است. جامعة آماري اين تحقيق كلية مديران، معاونان و معلمان مدارس شهر تهران (95905 نفر) و نمونة آماري به كمك جدول تعيين حجم نمونة مورگان و با روش تصادفي طبقه‌اي (1093 نفر) مي‌باشند، ابزار جمع‌آوري اطلاعات پرسشنامه و مصاحبه است كه بعد از تعيين روايي و محاسبة پايايي آن (93/0) اجرا گرديد. داده‌ها به كمك آمار توصيفي و استنباطي تجزيه و تحليل گرديد. نتايج به‌دست آمده از آزمون فرضيه‌ها نشان مي‌دهد كه ابعاد و مؤلفه‌هاي نظام مديريت مدرسه‌محوري عبارت‌انداز: فرضية اول. در بعد تصميم‌گيري شامل مؤلفه‌هاي، پذيرش متقابل، مشاركت، مشاركت اكثريت آرا، آموزش نيروي انساني. فرضية دوم. در بعد كنترل و نظارت شامل مؤلفه‌هاي، خودكنترلي، پاسخگويي فرد در برابر جمع، نظارت و پاسخگويي جمع به جمع و نظارت عالي اداره‌هاي آموزش و پرورش. فرضية سوم. در بعد ارزيابي عملكرد و پاداش عوامل انساني شامل مؤلفه‌هاي، ويژگيهاي اخلاقي، شخصيتي، مهارتهاي مديريتي و ارتباطي منابع انساني، تحصيلات رسمي، مهارتهاي فني و دوره‌هاي آموزشي است. همچنين نتايج به‌دست آمده از مصاحبه با متخصصان و صاحب‌نظران مديريت آموزشي نشان مي‌دهد كه مهمترين نظريه‌‌هايي كه به‌كارگيري آنها در آموزش و پرورش زمينة استقرار نظام مديريت مدرسه‌محوري را فراهم مي‌آورد شامل: نظرية فراشناختي، نظرية مديريت مشاركتي، نظرية آموزش مجازي، نظرية سازمان يادگيرنده، نظرية مديريت كيفيت جامع و نظرية توانمندسازي نيروي انساني هستند. پژوهشگر با توجه به نتايج به‌دست آمده از تحقيق حاضر و تجربيات عملي مدل مفهومي را براي استقرار نظام مديريت مدرسه‌محور در آموزش و پرورش كشور به مديران نظام آموزشي پيشنهاد كرده است.

The present research has been performed to recognize school-based management dimensions and components, and to present a suitable framework. All school managers, principals and teachers in Tehran ( individuals) make up the population of this research, and individuals with sample volume determination tables help with classificatory random method form the statistic sample. The information has been collected through questionnaires and interviews the validity reliability of which was tested after calculation ( ). The obtained data has been analyzed with the help of descriptive and perceptive statistics. The obtained results from the questionnaires demonstrate that the dimensions and components of school-based management systems are as follows: The first hypothesis: Decision making dimension includes the following components: Bilateral acceptance, participation, majority of ideas participation, human resources education. The second hypothesis: Control and supervision dimension includes the following components: Self-control, individuals responsiveness toward the group, group supervision and responsiveness toward group and high supervision of educational administration offices. The third hypothesis: operating evaluation and human factors rewarding dimension also include these components: Moral and personal features, features, human resources managerial and communicative skills, official trainings, technical skills and educational courses. Moreover, obtained results from the interviews with educational management experts and specialists demonstrate that the most important theories which can be utilized in education in order to stablize school-based management system according to the above-mentioned dimensions and components are as follows: metharecognition, participational management theories, virtual education theories, organizational learning, comprehensive quality management and improvement of human resources. The researcher, with due attention to obtained results and practical experience, has suggested a framework for stabilizing school based management system to the ministry of education in his country.
