بررسي توليدات علمي اعضاي هيات علمي حوزه علوم انساني دانشگاه تبريز طي سال‏هاي 1381- 1386

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسى توليدات علمى اعضاى هيأت علمى حوز? علوم انسانى دانشگاه تبريز طى سال‏هاى 1381-1386 انجام شده است. روش: اين پژوهش با روش پيمايشي انجام شده است. داده‌هاي مورد نياز از طريق پرسشنامه گردآوري شده و از روش‎هاى آمارى مثل توزيع‏ فراوانى و درصد فراوانى در قالب جدول و نمودار و از فرمول خي‎دو جهت تجزيه و تحليل روابط بين متغير‎ها استفاده شده است. جامعه پژوهش 137 نفر عضو هيأت علمى حوز? علوم انسانى دانشگاه تبريز است كه 106 نفر از آن‎ها پرسشنامه‎ها را تكميل كردند. يافته‏ها: نتايج نشان مي‎دهد كه بيش‏ترين درصد مقاله‎هاي تاليفى مربوط به سال 1385، و بيش‏ترين درصد كتاب‏هاى تاليفى، آثار ارائه شده در مجامع ملي و بين‎المللي و طرح‎هاي پژوهشي پايان‎يافته مربوط به سال 1386 است. از نظر انواع توليدات علمي در سال‎هاي مورد پژوهش، 62 مورد كتاب تاليفي، 28 مورد كتاب ترجمه‎اي، 368 مورد مقاله تاليفي در مجله‎هاي داخلي، 17 مورد مقاله ترجمه شده در مجله‎هاي داخلي و 25 مورد مقاله چاپ شده در مجله‎هاي خارجي انجام گرفته است. همچنين در اين سال‌ها 291 مورد آثار ارائه شده در مجامع ملي و بين‎المللي و 182 مورد طرح پژوهشي انجام گرفته است. آزمون فرضيه‎ها نشان مي‎دهد كه بين متغيرهاي سن، جنس، مرتبه علمي و محل اخذ مدرك تحصيلي افراد با ميزان توليدات علمي آن‎ها رابطه معني‌داري وجود دارد. اصالت/ارزش: پژوهش حاضر سعي دارد براي اولين بار مشخص كند حوز? علوم ‏انساني دانشگاه تبريز چه سهمي از توليدات علمي كشور را عهده‏دار است.

Purpose: The present research has been accomplished with the purpose of investigating the scientific publications of faculty members of human sciences department in Tabriz University during 2002-2007. Methodology: The methodology of this research is of survey type. The required data were collected by a questionnaire and statistical methods such as distribution of abundance and percentage of abundance in form of tables and graphs, and g2 for analysis of the relationships between variables were utilized. The population under study included 137 faculty members of human sciences department in Tabriz University, among which 106 of them filled the questionnaires. Findings: The results indicate that the highest percentage of published papers belongs to year 2006, while the highest number of compiled books, publications presented in national and international congresses, and fulfilled research programs pertain to year 2007. Regarding the type of scientific publications in the time interval under study, these publications included 62 compiled books, 28 translated books, 368 original papers in Iranian journals, 17 translated papers in Iranian journals, and 25 original papers published in international journals. Besides, in these years 291 works were presented in national and international congresses and 182 research programs were accomplished. Test of hypotheses shows that there is a significant relationship between the variables of age, gender, scientific position, and the university from which these faculty members have graduated and their scientific publications. Originality/Value: This study attempts to characterize for the first time the contribution of human sciences department in Tabriz University to scientific publications of Iran.
