Designing a Strategic Control Model for Iranian industries

مقاله به منظور طراحي مدل كنترل راهبردي در صنايع ايران تدوين شده است. فرضيه‌ي اصلي بر اساس ديدگاه لورانژ و همكارانش، به بررسي رابطه بين فرآيند شكل دهي راهبردها و تغييرات محيطي با كنترل هاي راهبردي مي پردازد. در فرآيند شكل دهي راهبردها، ديدگاه‌هاي « پيش تدبيري (طرح)» و« نوظهور(الگو)» و در اجراي تغييرات محيطي، بنيادي(غير قابل تحليل) و تدريجي(قابل كنترل) مطرح مي شود. پارادايم هاي كنترل راهبردي نظير: كنترل حوزه هاي راهبردي، كنترل برنامه ريزي مبتني بر سناريو ، مديريت مسايل راهبردي، كنترل مراكز مسووليت مالي ، كنترل راهبرد هاي عمومي،كنترل مفروضات اساسي (مديريت عوامل حياتي موفقيت) تحليل خواهد شد. جامعه‌ي تحقيق 196 واحدهاي صنعتي در ايران مي باشد. روش شناسي تحقيق با استفاده از پرسش نامه و مصاحبه برحسب نتيجه « كاربردي» و بر حسب هدف«تبييني» و برحسب نوع داده «كيفي» مي باشد. نتيجه‌ي كلي تحقيق اين است كه بين فرايند شكل دهي راهبردها (پيش تدبيري/نوظهور) و تغييرات محيطي (بنيادي/ تديريجي)با كنترل راهبردي (كنترل تغييرات بنيادي/ كنترل تغييرات تدريجي) رابطه وجود دارد.

The aim of the research is to design Strategic model control for Iranian industries. The main hypothesis based 011 Lorange, Ghosal, and Mortonʹs point of view is about the relationship between the strategy formation process and the environmental changes with strategic Controls. In the process of shaping the research model, the strategies and environmental changes are considered as independent variables and control strategy is considered as dependent variable. In process of strategy formation, two strategies called Deliberate (Plan) and Emergent (Model), and in implementation of the strategies, two types of environmental changes, named fundamental (non-analysis) and gradual (controlled) have been considered. In below Six main Paradigms are listed as influential in the appraisal and control of the strategies: Strategic Issue Management, Strategic Field Management, Scenario-based Strategy, Generic Strategy, Responsibility Center Control, and Cretical Success Factors. The case study includes 196 industrial units in Iran. The research methodology in terms of result is "practical", according to the objectives "explanatory" and considering the data is "qualitative" and by using inferential statistics express the relationship between variables. Results indicated that the main research hypothesis is confirmed.
