درآمدي بر معنويت شناسي سازماني و كاركردهاي آن در نيروي انتظامي

An Introduction to Spirituality and its Functions in Police Forces

چيستي حقيقت معنويت و اثرات آن بر بهبود زندگي و خوش‌بختي در دنيا و آخرت، امري است كه اذهان بشر امروز را به شدت به خود مشغول داشته است. معنويت ديني در واقع، حالتي است كه در پي ارتباط روحاني پيوسته با خالق و اطاعت از فرامين او در فرد ايجاد مي‌شود؛ معنويت ديني راه‌گشاي انسان در زندگي فردي و سبب ارتقاي معنوي سازمان مربوطه و به تبع آن، جامعه و در نهايت عامل سعادت اخروي فرد و جامعه خواهدبود. موقعيت خاص كاركنان نيروي انتظامي در دو بُعد وظيفه‌ي خطير اجراي سياست مهم «امر به معروف و نهي از منكر» و اصلاح مفاسد و برقراري نظم در جامعه و بُعد امكان تأثيرپذيري كاركنان از ناهنجاري‌هايي كه با آن در ارتباطند، ضرورت وجودي معنويت را در اين قشر دوچندان مي‌كند. در اين مقاله با روش اسنادي به معرفي معنويت سازماني پرداخته و دلايل ضرورت آن را با مطالعه‌ي موردي نيروي انتظامي مطرح مي‌كنيم.

The nature of spiritual reality and its effects on prosperity and life betterment in world and hereafter is the issue that has intensively attracted the attention of mankind. Religion spirituality in reality is a condition created in consistant spiritual relation with God and obedience to His orders. Religion spirituality is a problem solving approach for mankind in his personal life and resulted in spiritual promotion of his organization and consequently to his society and finally to society and individual otherworldly blessedness. The special condition of police forces in bidimensional risky duties in which they apply important policy of "enjoining good and forbidding evil" and modify corruption and establish order in society and possible dimension of personnel vulnerability to crimes redouble the necessity of spiritual existence among this group of people. In this article the spirituality in organization is introduced through documentary method and the reasons for its emergency suggested through police forces case study.
