امكان سنجي توسعه صنايع روستايي در شهرستان عجب شير با مدل SWOT

Rural industries in Ajabshir city with SWOT model and itʹs effect on decreasing rural immigration

در كشور ما به دليل محدوديت منابع آب و خاك، زراعت به تنهايي نمي‌تواند پاسخگوي اهداف توسعه باشد، البته تا زماني كه استفاده از تكنولوژي‌هاي جديد استحصال و بهره‌برداري از منابع مذكور عملي شود. از آنجايي كه صنايع روستايي بين بخش كشاورزي و صنعت ارتباط برقرار مي‌كنند و در ايجاد توان لازم بين جوامع شهري و روستايي موثر هستند، از اين رو، لازم است امكان‌سنجي صنايع تبديلي و تكميلي و استقرار صنعت در جوامع روستايي هر چه بيشتر و با برنامه‌ريزي آگاهانه در اقتصاد كشور تحقق يابد. با مطالعه ادبيات موضوع در اين باره، شهرستان عجب‌شير مورد بررسي قرار گرفت. با توجه به اينكه هدف تحقيق، امكان‌سنجي توسعه صنايع روستايي شهرستان عجب‌شير است، بنابراين، از دو روش كتابخانه‌اي و ميداني (مصاحبه) استفاده شده و براي آزمون فرضيات، از مدل سوات (SWOT) و نيز نمودار اطلس بهره گرفته شده است. نتايج حاصل نشان داد كه بر طبق اولويت و تعداد عوامل چهار گانه موثر در امكان سنجي توسعه صنايع روستايي، شبكه هاي ارتباطي با وزن 24، كشاورزي با وزن 16، صنعت و معدن با وزن 6، انرژي با وزن 2 به ترتيب رتبه هاي اول تا چهارم را به خود اختصاص داده‌اند و با توجه به عوامل چهار گانه مذكور، امكان توسعه صنايع روستايي وجود دارد. همچنين بر طبق يافته‌هاي تحقيق، كارگران شاغل در صنايع تبديلي و تكميلي نواحي روستايي در صورت عدم استقرار اين صنايع، به مهاجرت‌هاي خانوادگي (25 درصد) و مهاجرت‌هاي فردي (5/17 درصد) رو خواهند آورد.

In our country farming and cultivation has not capability to respond goals of the development due to limitation of water resources and soil until using new technologies in utilizing said resources be realized . In generating necessary capabilities between urban and rural societies it is necessary that possible metric of converted and complementary industries be realized in rural societies and consciously programming in economy of the country with studying this literature , Ajabshir city was selected for study. Due to this reason that the aim of this research is the possible metric of developing rural industries of Ajabshir city thus, library and field methods have been used in this research and to test hypo these SWOT model land atlas graph have been used. Finding indicates that on the basis of precedence and number of forth factors affecting in possible metric of development of rural industries, communication network with 24 weights, agriculture with 16, energy with 6, and mine with 2 allocates first to forth precedent. Considering the four factors, exists possibility of development of rural industries. Also result indicates that employed workman in transforming and supportive industries in rural districts will emigrate to family immigration (25 percent) and individual immigration (17/5) when these industries couldnʹt stable.
