بررسي برخي تغييرات خوني در آلودگي با كرم قلب سگ (ديروفيلاريا ايميتيس)

Evaluation of some hematological changes in canine heartworm infection {Dirofilaria immitis)

اين مطالعه بر روي80 قلاده سگ نژاد مخلوط 5-3 ساله مشكوك به بيماري كرم قلب (ديروفيلاريازيس) در دانشكده دامپزشكي دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي تبريز انجام گرفت. جهت تشخيص ميكروفيلر انگل، آزمايش مستقيم و روش تكميل شده نات(Knott) در خون انجام شد. پارامترهاي خوني شامل شمارش گلبول‌هاي‌ سفيد وقرمز، پلاكت و ميزان هموگلوبين و هماتوكريت اندازه‌گيري و مقاديرحجم متوسط گلبول‌هاي قرمز(MCV)، متوسط هموگلوبين گلبول ‌قرمز(MCH) و متوسط هموگلوبين گلبول‌هاي قرمز( MCHC ) محاسبه شدند. ميزان فيبرينوژن و پروتئين نيز مورد سنجش قرار گرفت. نتايج حاصل از اين تحقيق نشان داد از تعداد 80 قلاده سگ مورد آزمايش، 20 قلاده آلوده به ميكروفيلر ديروفيلاريا از گونه ايميتيس بود كه ميزان آلودگي به اين انگل در بين سگ‌هاي مورد مطالعه 25 % به‌دست آمد. ميانگين هماتوكريت (Hct) و تعداد گلبول‌هاي قرمز و MCV در گروه سگ‌هاي بيمار نسبت به سالم كاهش معني‌دار و ميانگين مقادير هموگلوبين (Hb)، MCH و MCHC و تعداد پلاكت‌ها اختلاف آماري معني‌داري نشان نداد.ميانگين ميزان فيبرينوژن و پروتئين و تعداد گلبول‌هاي سفيد و تعداد مطلق و نسبي نوتروفيل، ائوزينوفيل، منوسيت و بازوفيل در گروه سگ‌هاي بيمار نسبت به سالم افزايش معني‌دار و ميانگين تعداد مطلق و نسبي لنفوسيت كاهش معني‌دار نشان داد.

This study was conducted on 80, 3-5 year old mixed breed dogs suspected of dirofilariasis in the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Islamic Azad University of Tabriz. The direct method and the modified knottʹs method were used for diagnosis of the parasitic microfilaria. Hematologic parameters including white and red blood cell and platelet counts and the amounts of hemoglobin and hematocrit, mean corpuscular volume (MCV), mean corpuscular hemoglobin (MCH), mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration (MCHC), fibrinogen and protein were determined. This results of this study indicated that 20 of the 80 dogs examined were infected by Dirofilaria immitis microfilaria and the prevalence of dirofilariasis in this study was 25%. The mean levels of hematocrit, red blood cells and MCV in infected dogs were decreased significantly in comparison to the un-infected dogs and the mean levels of hemoglobin, MCH, MCHC and platelets did not show any significant differences. The mean levels of fibrinogen, protein, white blood cells and absolute and relative neutrophiles, eosinophils, monocytes and basophiles were increased significantly and the mean levels of absolute and relative lymphocytes were decreased significantly in infected dogs compared to the healthy dogs.
