پايداري اقتصادي و رابطه آن با ويژگي‌هاي مكاني- فضايي: مطالعه موردي روستاهاي دهستان كوهين شهرستان كبودرآهنگ

Economic Sustainability and Its Relation to Spatial-Location Features in Iran: A Case Study of the Villages in Kouhin Subdistrict of Kaboudrahang County

امروزه، پايداري اقتصادي عاملي حياتي در ماندگاري جمعيت روستايي شناخته مي‌شود. در پژوهش حاضر، ناحية مورد مطالعه با مشكلاتي همچون درآمد محدود و ناپايدار، عدم تنوع در فعاليت‌هاي اقتصادي، كمبود فرصت‌هاي اشتغال، گسترش فقر و بيكاري و به تبع آن، مهاجرت‌هاي روستايي، نرخ رشد منفي جمعيت، و فشار بر منابع اقتصادي محدود روستا مواجه است. با مطالعة ادبيات موضوعي، ابتدا به شناخت شاخص¬هاي پايداري اقتصادي و نيز تجزيه و تحليل اطلاعات پرداخته شد و سپس، بررسي و ارزيابي وضعيت پايداري اقتصادي و سطح¬بندي روستاهاي دهستان كوهين با بهره¬گيري از فن بارومتر پايداري انجام پذيرفت. همچنين، رابطة پايداري اقتصادي با ويژگي¬هاي فضايي- مكاني روستاها مورد بررسي قرار گرفت. نتايج نشانگر آن است كه از ديدگاه پايداري اقتصادي، دهستان كوهين در وضعيت متوسط به پايين است و بيش از 60 درصد روستاها در وضعيت تقريباً ناپايدار قرار دارند. در پايان نيز در راستاي پايداري اقتصادي، پيشنهاد متنوع¬سازي فعاليت‌هاي اقتصادي روستاييان با تأكيد بر بخش كشاورزي و افزايش درآمد روستاييان از طريق فعاليت‌هاي مرتبط با كشاورزي همچون صنايع دستي، فرآوري محصولات، و مشاغل خانگي ارائه مي‌شود.

Economic sustainability is a crucial factor in the vitality of rural areas. The area under study is facing difficulties and constraints such as limited and unsustainable income, the lack of diversified economic activities, the lack of employment opportunities, expansion of poverty and unemployment and consequent rural migration, negative population growth rate and pressure on the village limited economic resources. The study examined and assessed the economic sustainability and categorized the villages of Kouhin subdistrict using the Barometer of Sustainability. Also the relationship between economic sustainability and spatial-location features of villages was examined. The results indicated that Koohin subdistrctʹs position is below the average from a sustainable economic perspective and more than 60% of villages are nearly unsustainable. To achieve economic sustainability, the study recommended the following: diversification of economic activities emphasizing agricultural sector, increasing the income of rural people from activities related to agriculture such as handicrafts, processing of agricultural products and domestic jobs.
