بررسي اثرات كشندگي حشره كش پيريميكارب، روغن سيتووت و مخلوط آنها روي سفيدبالك گلخانه (Trialeurodes vaporariorum) و شته سبز هلو (Myzus persicae) در شرايط گلخانه

An Evaluation of Lethal Effects of Pirimicarb, Citowett Oil and Their Mixture on Greenhouse Whitefly {Trialeurodes vaporariorum) and Green Peach Aphid (Myzus persicae) under Greenhouse Conditions

ميزان حساسيت مراحل مختلف زيستي سفيد¬بالك گلخانه و حشره كامل شته سبز هلو در برابر حشره¬كش پيريميكارب با نام تجاري پريمور و روغن سيتووت به تنهايي و مخلوط با يكديگر در شرايط گلخانه مورد بررسي قرار گرفت. روش زيست¬سنجي مورد استفاده براي حشرات كامل سفيد¬بالك گلخانه روش لوله¬هاي شيشه¬اي (Glass vials) براي مراحل نا¬بالغ (تخم، پورگي و شفيرگي) روش غوطه¬ورسازي برگ (Leaf dipping) بود و براي شته سبز هلو از روش محلول پاشي (Spraying) استفاده گرديد. در مورد سفيد¬بالك گلخانه 50LC پيريميكارب براي حشره كامل 08/0، براي مرحله تخم 55/2 و براي مراحل پورگي و شفيرگي 98/0 گرم بر ليتر تعيين گرديد. همچنين 50LC روغن براي حشره كامل 58/2، براي مرحله تخم 31/1 و براي مراحل پورگي و شفيرگي 25/0 ميلي¬ليتر بر ليتر تعيين شد. در مورد شته سبز هلو مقدار 50LC پيريميكارب براي حشرات كامل 04/0 گرم بر ليتر و براي روغن سيتووت 14/0 ميلي¬ليتر بر ليتر برآورد گرديد. براي بررسي اثر مخلوط پيريميكارب و روغن سيتووت، 25LC هر كدام به تنهايي تعيين و با هم مخلوط گرديد. مرگ و مير ناشي از مخلوط اين دو تركيب براي حشره كامل، تخم و مراحل پورگي و شفيرگي سفيد¬بالك گلخانه به ترتيب 18/65، 55/65 و 85/66 درصد تعيين گرديد. اين مقدار براي حشره كامل شته سبز هلو 92/68 درصد برآورد شد. مرگ و مير ناشي از اختلاط روغن سيتووت با پيريميكارب بيشتر از درصد تلفات ناشي از 50LC اين حشره¬كش به تنهايي مي¬باشد. بنابراين مي¬توان نتيجه گرفت كه روغن سيتووت روي پيريميكارب خاصيت سينرژيستي دارد. با توجه به ارزان بودن روغن سيتووت نسبت به پيريميكارب، سازگاري بيشتر با محيط زيست و همچنين اثر سينرژيستي آن بر پيريميكارب، استفاده از مخلوط 339/0 ميلي¬ليتر بر ليتر روغن سيتووت و 372/0 گرم بر ليتر پيريميكارب، براي كنترل همزمان آفات مذكور در گلخانه قابل توصيه مي¬باشد.

Susceptibility of eggs, nymphs and adults of greenhouse whitefly (Trialeurodes vaporariorum Westwood) and adults of green peach aphid {Myzus persicae Sulzer) to pirimicarb (Pirimor®) and citowett oil alone vs. in combination was evaluated under greenhouse conditions. The glass vial and leaf dipping methods were employed for bioassay of adults vs. the immature stages (egg, nymph and pupa) of greenhouse whitefly respectively. Green peach aphid adults were treated through spraying technique. LC5o values of pirimicarb for greenhouse whitefly adult, egg and nymph stages were estimated 0.08, 2.55 and 0.98 g/1 respectively, while the LC50 values of citowett oil for those developmental stages were estimated 2.58, 1.31 and 0.25 ml/1 in the same previous order. The LC50 values of pirimicarb and citowett oil for adults in the case of green peach aphid were 0.04 g/1 and 0.14 ml/1 respectively. For a determination of the compounds interactions, the LC25 values of pirimicarb and citowett were assessed and a mixture of these compounds applied at a concentration of their LC25 rate. The mixture caused a mortality rate of 65.18, 65.55 and 66.85% on the adults, eggs and nymphs of greenhouse whitefly respectively and resulted in mortality of 68.92% on the adults of green peach aphid. Mortality resulted from the mixture was greater than that of pirimicarb at the concentration of LC5o, hence, a noticeable synergistic effect observed. It was concluded that due to the cheap price of citowett oil, compatibility with environment and also synergistic effect on pirimicarb, a mixture application of these compounds at the concentration of 0.339 ml/1 citowett oil and 0.372 g/1 pirimicarb could be recommended for simultaneous control of greenhouse whitefly as well as green peach aphid.
