A Critical study on Attributing Hafiz to Malamat Faction

اين مقاله به نقد آراي دو گروه از شارحان كلام حافظ پرداخته است كه وي را ملامتي و يا متمايل به آيين ملامت دانسته‌اند. نظر گروه اول كه به ضرس قاطع حافظ را ملامتي خوانده‌اند، با عنايت به فاصله زماني ميان عصر زندگاني وي و روزگار رواج انديشه ملامت، مورد ترديد قرار گرفته است؛ اما نماياندن نادرستي نظر گروه دوم كه حافظ را متمايل به انديشه ملامتيان، دل‌باخته و پذيرنده اصول ايشان و صاحب توافق با مشرب آنان معرفي كرده و به عرفانش رنگ ملامت داده‌اند، هدف عمده اين مقاله بوده است. براي تحقق اين منظور، ذيل هفت شماره به طرح توافق‌ها و تقابل‌هاي كلام حافظ با آراي اهل ملامت پرداخته‌ايم تا وجود گزاره‌هاي متناقض و ناهم‌خوان در شعر وي و عاري بودن عرصه كلام بزرگان طريق ملامت از چنين گزاره‌هايي را برجسته سازيم. سپس كوشيده‌ايم تا براي هم‌خواني‌ها و ناهم‌خواني‌هاي كلام حافظ با عقايد ملامتيان دليلي سازگار با منطق زباني و ساختار شعر او عرضه كنيم. در پايان با تكيه بر دلايل ارايه شده، اين نتيجه را به دست داده‌ايم كه حافظ مبلّغ هيچ انديشه رسمي يا غير رسمي نيست. او شاعري آزادانديش است كه در هيچ قالبي اعم از عرفاني و غير عرفاني نمي‌گنجد و هنرش را در درجه اول اهميت قرار مي‌دهد. با اين همه، تاويل‌پذيري شعر وي از سويي و سعي شارحان بر پاسخ‌گويي به افق توقّعات زمانه از سويي ديگر، سبب اعطاي مشرب ملامتي به وي شده است.

This article presents a critical study of two groups of Hafizʹs poetry commentators who have introduced him as Malamati or as a poet inclined to the customs of Malamat. Due to the wide time gap between the mallamat epoch and the time Hafiz lived, the first groupʹs emphasis on Hafiz as being a Malamati is doubtful. This article seeks to refute the claim made by the second group that Hafiz was inclined to mallamati thoughts by adhering to their doctrines. The same group has charecrterised gafizʹs Erfan as a Malamt one.To this end; this article discusses seven cases of agreement and disagreement between Hafizʹs poetry and Malamatisʹ opinions in order to highlight contradictory interpretations in his poetry and the lack of such interpretations in the discourse of Malamati proponents. Then, this study has attempted to find a reason compatible with his linguistic logic and poetic construction for agreements and disagreements between Hafizʹs poetry and Malamatisʹ opinions. Eventually, according to the reasons presented, it is concluded that Hafiz is by no means a propagandist for any official or unofficial thought. He is a freethinking poet who doesnʹt fit any sort of mystical or nonmystical doctrines, and his art is of the highest value to him. Nevertheless, his poetryʹs interpretability and, on the other hand, commentatorsʹ efforts to present a response more compatible with the current expectations have led to attributing the title Malamat to him.
