هوش هيجاني و خلاقيت در دانشجويان

در اين پژوهش پرسشنامه رابطه بين هوش هيجاني و خلاقيت در دانشجويان بررسي شد. بدين منظور 396 دانشجو (236 دختر و 160 پسر) براساس روش نمونه‌برداري خوشه‏اي چندمرحله‏اي از بين دانشجويان دانشگاههاي دولتي شهر تهران انتخاب شدند و مقياس خودگزارش‌دهي هوش هيجاني شاته (شاته و ديگران، 1998) و پرسشنامه خلاقيت (عابدي، 1372) را تكميل كردند. نتايج نشان دادند كه بين هر سه جنبه هوش هيجاني و خلاقيت در هر دو جنس رابطه مثبت معنادار وجود دارد. نتايج آزمون Z فيشر نشان داد، ضرايب همبستگي بين جنبه ادراك و بيان هيجان از هوش هيجاني با زيرمقياسهاي بسط، انعطاف‌‌پذيري، سيالي و خلاقيت كلي در گروه پسران به گونه معناداري بيشتر از گروه دختران بود. نتايج تحليل رگرسيون نشان داد كه دو جنبه نظم‌دهي بـه هيجان و ادراك و بيان هيـجان در گروه دختران 7 درصد و در گروه پسران نمره هوش هيجاني كلي و جنبه ادراك و بيان هيجان 16 درصـد از واريانس خلاقيت را تبيين مي‌كند.

The relationship between emotional intelligence and creativity among college students was examined. Two hundred and thirty six female and 160 male students from Tehran universities were selected using multistage cluster sampling method and answered the Schutte Self Report Emotional Intelligence Scale (Schutte et al., 1998) and Creativity Questionnaire (Abedi, 1993). The findings show- ed a significant positive relationship between the three aspects of Emotional Intelligence (EI) and creativity in both genders. Results of Fisherʹs transformation showed that the correlation coefficients between the EI aspect of appraisal and expression of emotion and the subscales of creativity (elaboration, flexibility, fluency and total score of creativity) were significantly higher among males than the females. Regression analysis revealed that in females the two aspects of regulation of emotion and apprasial and expression of emotion (r2 = 0.07) and in males the EI total score and the appraisal and expression of emotion (r2 = 0.16) explained the variance in creativity.
