بررسي ارتباط ميان ناباروري با ميزان رضايت جنسي زوجين

Relation between infertility and sexual satisfaction in couples

زمينه: ناباروري يكي از بحران¬هاي پيچيده زندگي زوجين است كه به فشارهاي عميق عاطفي و رواني بر روي زوجين منجر مي¬شود. آشفتگي، تنش، افسردگي، پايين بودن عزت¬نفس، نارضايتي زناشويي از پيامد¬هاي روان¬شناختي ناباروري هستند. هدف: مطالعه به منظور تعيين رابطه ميان ناباروري با ميزان رضايت جنسي زوجين انجام شد. مواد و روش¬ها: اين مطالعه مقطعي در سال 1385 در مركز آموزشي- درماني الزهراي تبريز بر روي 150 زوج نابارور و 150 زوج باروري انجام شد كه به روش نمونه گيري تصادفي ساده انتخاب شدند. اطلاعات با استفاده از پرسش¬نامه¬اي مشتمل بر دو بخش مشخصات فردي_ اجتماعي زوجين و آزمون استاندارد رضايت جنسي لارسون جمع آوري شدند. داده‌¬¬ها با آزمون¬هاي آماري تي مستقل و مجذور كاي¬ تجزيه و تحليل شدند. يافته¬ها: تفاوت امتياز رضايت جنسي بين زوجين بارور و نابارور از لحاظ آماري معني¬دار نبود. ارتباط بين طول مدت ازدواج (0005/0p<)، وضعيت اقتصادي (0005/0p<)، طول مدت تشخيص ناباروري (¬004/0p=) و انجام آزمايش¬هاي تشخيصي (028/0p=) با رضايت جنسي از لحاظ آماري معني¬دار بود. نتيجه¬گيري: با توجه به تأثير نامطلوب عدم رضايت جنسي در بروز مشكلات جسمي و رواني و حتي فروپاشي بنيان خانواده، توجه و تلاش در جهت كمك به رفع اين مسأله اهميت بسياري دارد.

Background: Infertility is a complex crisis in coupleʹs life and can produce severe psychological pressure on both partners. Depression, stress, low self-esteem, and marital sexual dissatisfaction are among the psychological outcomes of infertility. Objective: This study was aimed to determine the relation between infertility and sexual satisfaction. Methods: This was a cross sectional study in which depression and sexual satisfaction rate among 150 infertile versus 150 fertile couples (in Tabriz- in 2005) were investigated and further analyzed. Random Sampling was used to select study population. Data gathering was performed using a questionnaire consisting of 2 parts including a section on demographic characteristics, and also a Larson standard questionnaire for determining sexual Satisfaction). Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical methods, independent t-test, and Findings: There was no significant difference associated with mean sexual satisfaction rate between infertile and fertile men and infertile and fertile women (p=0.707, t=0.377 in men; p=0.370, t=0.898 in women). However, a statically significant relationship between sexual satisfaction score and duration of marriage, income status, number of unsuccessful treatment, length of time when infertility diagnosed, and performance of diagnostic tests was found. Conclusion: Considering the unpleasant effects of sexual dissatisfaction on physical and emotional health and also the occurrence of infertility-originated divorce, attempt has to be made for early diagnosis and treatment of undesirable situation in both partners.
