تعيين عوامل موثر بر نگرش دامداران عضو تعاوني گاو‌داران شهرستان همدان به مشاركت در تشكيل و اداره سازمان هاي كشاورزان

Factors Influencing Attitudes of Rural Cattle Breeders towards Participation in the Establishment and Administration of the Farmers1 Organizations (FO)

هدف كلي اين تحقيق بررسي عوامل موثر بر نگرش دامداران به مشاركت در تشكيل و اداره سازمان‌هاي كشاورزان از ديدگاه اعضاي تعاوني گاو‌داران شهرستان همدان بود كه به روش توصيفي- پيمايشي انجام شد. جامعه آماري مورد نظر در اين تحقيق اعضاي تعاوني گاوداران شهرستان همدان به تعداد550 نفر مي‌باشد. حجم نمونه اين تحقيق با استفاده از فرمول كوكران، تعداد 75 نفر تعيين گرديد. براي انتخاب نمونه‌ها از روش نمونه‌گيري تصادفي ساده استفاده شد. پرسشنامه‌اي جهت گردآوري داده ها و اطلاعات مورد نظر تنظيم و تدوين شد. روايي پرسشنامه با كسب نظرات متخصصان و اساتيد رشته ترويج و آموزش كشاورزي دانشگاه تهران مورد بررسي و اصلاحات لازم صورت گرفت. ضريب پايايي پرسشنامه نيز با استفاده از مقادير كرونباخ آلفا براي بخش هاي مختلف پرسشنامه به ترتيب 92/0، 81/0، 79/0 و 89/0 بدست آمد. با استفاده از آزمون t مشخص گرديد كه دامداران داراي نگرش مثبت و منفي به مشاركت در فعاليت هاي سازمان كشاورزان از نظر متغير‌‌‌‌‌هاي وضعيت اقتصادي(تعداد دام بزرگ، ميزان اراضي آبي، ميزان اراضي ديم، ميزان كل اراضي كشاورزي)، مدت زمان عضويت، ميزان سطح مشاركت و اعتقاد به فضاي مشاركتي در سازمان كشاورزان با يكديگر تفاوت معني داري به لحاظ آماري دارند. با استفاده از تحليل رگرسيون گام به گام نيز مشخص گرديد كه چهار متغير سبك رهبري، وضعيت اقتصادي(تعداد دام بزرگ)، انگيزش كشاورزان و ميزان آگاهي ايشان از مزاياي مشاركت در فعاليت هاي سازمان كشاورزان در نگرش دامداران به مشاركت در فعاليت هاي سازمان كشاورزان نقش داشته و در مجموع توانسته اند 77 درصد تغيرات متغير وابسته را تبيين كنند و تنها 23 درصد از تغييرات مربوط به ساير عامل ها يا متغير‌هايي است كه در اين تحقيق مد نظر نبوده اند.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors influencing the attitudes of the rural cattle breeders towards their participation in the establishment and administration of the farmersʹ organization in the Hamadan county of Iran. All the member cattle breeders of the cattle-breeding cooperative in Hamadan county (N= 550) were included in the study. Through use of simple random sampling method, 75 respondents were selected. The study was a descriptive-correlational, survey research. A questionnaire was designed and employed to gather the required data. Cronbachʹs alpha was computed to assess the reliability of the questionnaire, its rates being determined as: 0.92, 0.81 and 0.79. Face validity of the instrument was determined by faculty members of the department of agricultural extension and education, University of Tehran. The results of the t-Test for a comparison of the farmers with positive vs negative attitudes towards their participation in the activities of the "farmersʹ organization" showed that there were significant differences observed as related to the variables of: economic situation (cattle number, extent of irrigated and rainfed lands), precedence of membership, level of social participation, and an existence of a positive participation in the farmersʹ organization. Also the results of the multivariate regression revealed that 77.0% of variance in the level of participation (membership and getting involved in the activities of the farmersʹ organizations) was determined by the following four variables of: "leadership style", "economic situation", "farmersʹ motivation" and an awareness of the advantages of their participation.
