امكان يا امتناع علم ديني در مقام اثبات

چكيده درپي بالا گرفتن تعارض علم ودين درغرب عصرروشنگري ،طرح مقوله «علم ديني» به عنوان راه كاربرون رفت ازاين بحران ،دركانون توجه واقع شد.جوامع اسلامي نيزازشمول اين امربركنارنبودند چه آن كه نوعي دوگانگي محيط‏هاي علمي اين گونه جوامع را فراگرفته بود؛ از يك طرف، ميل به حفظ ارزشهاي ديني و اسلامي در آنها وجودداشته و دارد و از طرف ديگر، علومي آموزش داده مي‏شد كه در آنها جايي براي ارزشهاي ديني نيست. افزون بر اين، ركود و انحطاط جوامع اسلامي به دليل بي‏توجهي به علوم تجربي، اعم از طبيعي و انساني، و در مقابل، پيشرفت و توسعه جوامع غربي به دليل استفاده از اين علوم، انديشمندان مسلمان را بر آن داشت تا نسبت‏ به علوم جديد و روشهاي آن بازنگري عميقي صورت دهند؛ چرا كه احياي معرفت ديني يا به تعبيري، نوانديشي ديني، نيازمند نگرش جديد به علومي بود كه به طور مستقيم در راستاي معارف ديني قرار نداشتند. برآيند اين عوامل، خطور طرح ايجاد «علم ديني‏» به ذهن پاره‏اي از انديشمندان مسلمان در دهه دوم قرن بيستم راباعث گرديد.براساس اين ايده، مدعيان علم ديني بايد به نوعي همپوشي در قلمرو علم و دين باور داشته باشند. از آنجا كه در قلمرو تلاقي علم و دين، روند ديني كردن يا شدن علوم، نمود آشكارتري دارد، پس در اين راستا بايد رابطه بين علم و دين با دقت بيشتري مورد كاوش قرارگيرد.

The emergence of empirical philosophy following the advent of Renaissance in the west led to the abandonment of religion and brought about certain difficulties that required rethinking of the relationship between science and religion. This led to the opening of a new chapter to end the conflict between religion and science. The result was the emergence of the term "religious science", meaning that it is only religious science which can explain empirical notions that appear incompatible with religion, for it is religious metaphysics and the religious spirit and motivation that remove the notion of incompatibility. In the Islamic world, however, there were other effective factors, which coupled with the imperfection of non-religious or secular sciences, speeded up the trend towards religiosity or Islamicization of sciences. The emergence of new and non-religious sciences has created problems for the ruling culture and beliefs in religious societies, resulting in a sort of paradox for scientific circles in Islamic societies, who on the one hand, are keen to maintain their religious and Islamic values, and on the other are teaching sciences that are void of Islamic values. Moreover, the stagnation and decadence of Islamic societies as a result of inattention to experimental sciences, including physical and human, on the one side; and on the other side the progress and development of western societies as a result of applying these sciences, made Muslim thinkers to profoundly review new sciences and their methodologies.
