تبيين و ارزيابي مولفه‌هاي موثر بر ارتقاي نقش منظر در پايداري محيط

منظر، شالوده‌اي است كه به يكپارچگي هويت منطقه‌اي مي‌انجامد و بخش مهمي از كيفيت زندگي مردم در سراسر دنياست : در فضاهاي شهري، حومه‌ها، روستاها، فضاهايي با كيفيت بالا و حتي فضاهاي بي‌كيفيت... مولفه‌اي است محوري در توسعه فردي و اجتماعي... بنابراين محافظت، مديريت و برنامه‌ريزي صحيح منظر مسيوليتي مهم براي تمام اقشار جامعه است. با اين وجود پژوهش‌هاي سازمان‌يافته اندكي در رابطه با نقش منظر و ارتباط آن با پايداري محيطي وجود دارد. بسياري از نظريه‌پردازان به ارتباط انسان و طبيعت و لزوم حفظ و بهره‌گيري از اين تماس در محيط‌هاي ساخته شده اعتقاد دارند اما اين نظريه‌ها در بيشتر موارد بر ديدگاهي هنجاري نسبت به زندگي انسان تاكيد ورزيده و كمتر به عنوان يك پژوهش و يك ضرورت در قالب تحقيقات سازمان يافته پرداخته شده است. از اين رو نقش منظر براي يافتن منطق سازنده ارتباط بين انسان و محيط طبيعي در تعيين خط مشي توسعه مسيله اساسي است كه در اين پژوهش به آن پرداخته مي‌شود. در چارچوب اين مقاله يك روش شناختي براي شناسايي عوامل موثر در ارزيابي نقش منظر بر روند تعادل‌بخشي به محيط و پايداري توسعه رودخانه خشك شيراز به عنوان رودي فصلي به كار گرفته شده است. اين روش بر مبناي سه مولفه رودخانه، شهر و مردم بنا مي‌شود. هدف كلي قرار دادن اين روش شناختي در يك نظام تصميم‌گيري است تا ابعاد و مولفه‌هاي مختلف موثر در ارتقاي نقش منظر در پايداري محيط رودخانه خشك را درك كرده و بر مبناي ارزش‌هاي مرجع عملكرد آنها را مقايسه و اثرات آن را تحليل كنيم.

Landscapes contribute to the formation of local cultures and are a basic component of a country’s natural and cultural heritage. They help solidify a region’s identity and play an important part in people’s lives in urban areas and in the countryside and in wealthy and deprived neighborhoods. Landscapes play a vital role in personal and social developments. Thus, the entire society has a duty to properly protect and manage them. However, only a handful of scientific researches have been conducted about the role of landscapes and their role in sustaining natural environments. A large number of theorists believe in the relationship between humans and nature and ways to preserve and use this relationship in prepared environments but there has rarely been a scientific research to reiterate this necessity. This paper aims at studying the role of landscapes in creating a constructive relationship between people and natural environments as a key factor contributing to development. As a case study, we have looked into the river Khoshk in Shiraz with a three-dimensional approach focused on the river, the city and the people. The overall aim is to integrate this approach into a decision-making system, allowing us to identify factors contributing to the formation of a landscape that can help sustain the environment around the river Khoshk.
