تيوري منظر، رويكردي بر تداوم هويت در روند نوسازي شهري

چكيده:تمركز شرايط فرسودگي كالبدي و ضعف حيات اقتصادي ـ اجتماعي محلات فرسوده در غير از نواحي تاريخي به گونه‌اي است كه در ظاهر امر مداخله حداكثري بدون توجه به حفظ هويت و ارزش‌هاي محله‌اي موجود را توجيه مي‌نمايد. اما تجربه نوسازي چند سال گذشته نشان مي‌دهد عدم توجه به كيفيت‌هاي موجود در شهر مي‌تواند شكست اهداف اصلي را در پي داشته باشد. يكي از اهداف نوسازي شهري در ايران بر اساس سياست‌هاي اخذشده از برنامه‌هاي توسعه شهري دولت و شهرداري‌ها، حفظ هويت شهر است. اگرچه بحث هويت در مفهوم عام و كلي آن، قدمتي طولاني و هم‌پاي تاريخ تمدن انسان دارد، اما پيشينه اين بحث در شهر چندان با سابقه نيست. سهل و ممتنع بودن مفهوم هويت شهر در فرايند شناخت و ادارك، پديده‌اي چند بعدي پيش رو‌ قرار مي‌دهد. از آنجا كه نظريه منظر، ابعاد مختلف معنايي شهر را مد نظر قرار مي‌دهد، مي‌تواند راه حلي مناسب براي اين چالش در نوسازي شهري باشد. لذا اين نوشته ضمن پرداختن به مفاهيم نوسازي، هويت، شهر و منظر در صدد است نظريه‌اي براي رفع بحران هويت در نوسازي شهري ارايه نمايد.

Abstract: Physical erosion and poor standards of economic and social life in city slums, which also lack historical sites, evidently justify radical intervention for redevelopment regardless of local identities or values. But, the urban renewal process underway in Iran for the past several years has clearly shown that disregarding urban qualities can readily ruin the chances of achieving the main goals of the renewal process. One of the goals of urban renewal in Iran based on governmental and municipal urban development policies is protecting a city’s identity. Although the general and common concept of identity is as old as human civilization, urban identity is a relatively new concept. Simple as it may sound, the concept of urban identity can be described as a ultidimensional phenomenon.Since the Landscape Theory encompasses various aspects of urban concepts, it can prove efficient in dealing with the challenges of urban renewal. This article aims to outline a thesis to resolve the identity crisis resulting from urban renewal by focusing on the concepts of renewal, identity, urbanization, and landscape.
