بررسي تغييرات بهره وري و تعيين عوامل موثر بر آن در واحد تخته لايه كارخانه نكا چوب

A Survey of the Productivity Changes and the Determination of the Effective Factors on Them in Nekachoub Plywood Mill

در دنياي امروز همگام با گسترش جهاني شدن و افزايش رقابت در توليد و فروش محصولات مختلف، توليد كنندگاني موفق هستند كه عملكرد بهتري داشته باشند. يكي از روش هاي بررسي عملكرد يك واحد توليدي، محاسبه و بررسي بهره وري است كه به نحوه استفاده موسسه از عوامل توليد مي پردازد.در اين تحقيق، بهره وري كل و بهره وري هاي جزيي واحد تخته لايه كارخانه نكا چوب در يك دوره هفت ساله از سال 1375 تا سال 1381 از طريق روش شاخص، محاسبه و روند تغييرات آنها مشخص گرديد. سپس از طريق آزمون هاي ضريب همبستگي و رگرسيون، رابطه بين بهره وري كل ( به عنوان مهم ترين بهره وري محاسبه شده) با بهره وري هاي جزيي و عوامل توليد، تجزيه و تحليل شد تا مولفه هاي موثر بر بهره وري كل اين واحد تعيين ودلايل كاهش و افزايش شاخص بهره وري كل آن مشخص شود. بهره وري كل در سال 1375 با مقداري معادل 49/1 بيشترين و در سال 1377 با مقداري معادل 53/0 كمترين مقدار بوده است. ضمن آن كه مولفه هاي موثر بر بهره وري كل اين واحد، بهره وري گرده بينه، ارزش ستاده، ارزش افزوده و بهره وري كاركنان تعيين گرديد.

In the todayʹs world, along with the development of globalization and increasing competition in the production and selling of different products, producers succeed to have a better turn over. One of the methods of surveying the operations of a mill is to estimate and measure its productivity which deals with the institute use of the production factors. In this study, the total factor productivity (TFP) and partial productivity of the Nekachoub plywood mill in a period of seven years, from 1375 to 1381, were determined by the index, and estimation methods and their process of changes. Then the relationship between the total factor productivity (as the most important estimated productivity) and the partial productivity and production factors were analyzed by the correlation coefficient and regression tests in order to determine the effective factors on the total factor productivity of this mill and specify the causes of reduction and increase of its total productivity index. The total productivity in 1375 with the value of about 1.49 was the maximum, and in 1377 with the value of about 0.53 was the minimum. In addition, the effective factors on the total factor productivity of this mill were the log productivity, output value, value added, and the labourersʹ productivity respectively.
