بررسي اثر بالا آمدن آب درياي خزر بر اراضي كشاورزي اطراف تالاب انزلي با استفاده از سنجش از راه دور

Study on the effect of the Caspian sea water level increasing On the agricultural land around Anzali wetland By the remote sensing

در اين مطالعه به منظور بررسي اثر نوسانهاي آب درياي خزر و سيلابهاي فصلي بالا دستبر تالاب انزلي و اراضي حاشيه اي آن تصوير ماهواره اي منطقه IRS-PAN مربوط به مرداد ماه سال 1385 تهيه شد. عمليات تصحيح دقيق با استفاده از نقاط كنترل زميني و تهيه مدل رقومي ارتفاع منطقه در محيط نرم افزار PCI Geomatica صورت گرفت. با استفاده از نرم افزار Arc map و با استفاده از قابليتهاي توسعه و برنامه ريزي اين نرم افزار? DEM توليد شده منطقه? خط محدوده تالاب انزلي در سال 1385و خط محدوده تالاب انزلي در صورت بالا آمدن آب استخراج شد. مساحت تالاب انزلي در وضعيت فعلي با استفاده از عكسهاي ماهواره اي حدود 16779 هكتار است. مساحت تالاب درصورت بالا آمدن سطح آب به ارتفاع 4/0، 8/0 و 2/1 متر به ترتيب به 25262، 29479 و 32440 هكتار خواهد رسيد. مساحت اراضي كشاورزي به زير آب رفته اطراف تالاب نيز به ترتيب 3319 ،5196، 6733 هكتار و خسارت وارده به كشاورزي منطقه در آن شرايط پيش بيني شده در بالا ? به ترتيب 2/38، 4/59 ، 9/76 ميليارد ريال تخمين زده شده است.

In this research, to study the effect of the Caspian sea water level fluctuations and upper lands seasonal floods on the Anzali wetland and its surrounding areas, the PAN - IRS satellite image of the region, in August 2006 were provided from remote sensing center of Iran. The geocoding was done by geo control point then the thematic elevation model was created by PCI Geomatica software. By Arc map software and according to its extension and programming capability, the created thematic elevation model, the Anzali wetland borderline in 2006 and the future Anzali wetland borderlines due to the Caspian Sea water level increasing were defined. The calculated area of Anzali wetland, based on the satellite images were 16779 he. If the Anzali water level increases to 0.4, 0.8 and 1.2 m the wetland area will be 25262, 29479 and 32440 he respectively and the area of submerged agricultural lands will be 2319, 5196 and 6723 he respectively. The direct economic damage to the agriculture in this region in the situation which was predicted before, was estimated around 38.2, 59.4 and 76.9 billion rials respectively.
