مطالعه تشريحي برخي از صفات در گونه‎هاي بادام وحشي بخش spartioidesدر ايران

در اين تحقيق برخي از صفات تشريحي گونه‎هاي بادام وحشي بخش spartioidesمشتمل بر گونه‎هاي Amydalus glauca, Amygdalus arabica, Amygdalus scoparai در ايران با ميكروسكوپ نوري مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفت. در ساقه صفاتي، مانند شكل ساقه در برش عرضي، ضخامت پوست، وجود بافت نگهدارنده در اطراف بافت آبكش، تعداد دستجات آوندي و مواج بودن استوانه مركزي در سه گونه قابل تفكيك بود. در برگ صفاتي، مانند شكل برگ در مقطع عرضي، تعداد لايه هاي پارانشيم نرده‎اي، يكنواختي بافت مزوفيل، نوع روزنه در سه گونه تفاوت داشت. The research studied the morphological characteristics of various organs of three Amygdalus L. species in Iran. The different characteristics of the three species were as follows: Shape of the trichomes?shape of the basal and cualine leaves?length and shape of the fruits. Presence or absence of trichomes in fruits and flowers.Anatomical features of stems and leaves of the species were observed and analysed by means of light microscope. Distinctive features were: Shape of the stem in transverse sections? thickness of cortex? presence of tissue preservative around vascular bundle? the number of vascular bundle. The anatomical features of the leaves such as shape of leaves in cross section?the number of palisade tissue layers ، type of guard cells ،shape vein‎, and main different was feature observed in tissue structure leaves uniformity which had just spongy?of palisade tissue layers mesophyll tissue at vein distinctively differ in the three species.
