مقايسه ويژگي هاي عاطفي، شناختي و رفتاري معلم از ديد دانش آموزان نابينا، كم بينا و عادي دختر و پسر

Teacherʹs behavioral emotional and cognitive characteristics from the view point of male and female blind/ semi-blind and normal children: A Comparative Study

چكيده: هدف پژوهش تعيين و مقايسه ويژگي هاي معلم از ديد دانش آموزان نابينا، كم بينا و عادي بود. روش پژوهش پس رويدادي و جامعه شامل تمامي دانش آموزان عادي، كم بينا و نابينا در شهر تهران، در مقطع دبستان بود . حجم نمونه، 240 نفر به تفكيك گروه (عادي، نابين ا و كم بينا ) و جنس (دختر و پس ر ) بود كه براساس روش نمون ه برداري خوشه اي چند مرحله اي انتخاب شدند . براي جمع آوري اطلاعات، از پرسشنامه پژوهشگر ساخته اي كه توسط كامكاري و عسكريان در سال 1385 تدوين شد ن است ، استفاده گرديد كه داراي 30 گويه و از ضريب اعتبار و روايي مطلوبي برخوردار است. يافتهها: نشان داد ، ديدگاه كودكان كم بينا و نابينا، در مقايسه با كودكان عادي در شاخص هاي عاطفي لحن گرم , صوت دلنشين ، عشق به معلمي و مورد تبعيض قرار نگرفتن، تفاوت معناداري دارد. نتيجه گيري : افراد نابينا در مقايسه با دوگروه ديگر نسبت به لحن گرم معلم وافراد نابينا و كم بينا در مقايسه با افراد عادي، نسبت به عشق به معلمي حساسيت دا رند و آن را در امر خطير معلمي جزو ويژگي هاي ضروري معلم مي دانند . از اين رو در گزينش مربيان كودكان نابينا و كم بينا لازم است به شاخصهاي لحن گرم ، صوت دلنشين ، عشق به معلمي و تبعيض نگذاشتن تاكيد شود.

Aim of this survey research is to compaen Teacherʹs behavioral emotional and cognitive Characteristics from the view point of male and female blind/ semi-blind and normal children: A Comparative Study in tehran. Method was exposefacto and population includes total normal student and semi blindness students in Tehran primary schools. The told sample consisted is of 240 blind semi blind children) half were male and half were female). Sampling method is based on multi stage stratified Sampling. For collecting data a research questionnaire made in 1385 by Kamkari and Askarian (2006) was used. is utilized. This questionnaire has 30 indexes and has been show coefficient of reliability and validity. Result showed that was significant differences between blind and semi blind students Vs. normal children in sating teacher on such characteristics as tone and grating of voice, degree of being attracted to teaching and leak of segregation. Conclusion: Therefore it can be mentioned that in comparison of the blind to other two groups are more sensitive to teacher’s kind tone and the blindness and semi blindness compared to normal people are sensitive to teaching fondness and count this in essential teaching affair as necessary traits of teachers. So it is recommended that in selecting teachers for blindness and semi blindness the above mentioned factors should be emphasized.
