مطالعه قارچهاي تيره Erysiphalesدر گروهي از گياهان مرتعي استان لرستان

به منظور شناسايي بخشي از قارچهاي عامل سفيدك پودري در گياهان مرتعي استان لرستان تعدادي گياه مرتعي آلوده به سفيدك پودري جمع آوري شد و پس از شناسايي اين گياهان و ميكرومتري اندامهاي قارچي تمام مشخصات مرفولوژيك اين اندامها يادداشت و شكل آنها با لوله ترسيم نصب شده روي ميكروسكپ رسم شدو در نهايت با كليد هاي شناسايي سفيدكهاي پودري شناسايي شدند كه قارچهاي U. Braun Leveillula chrozophora، Erysiphe convolvoli DC. var. convolvuli , Leveillula taurica (Lev.) G. Arnaud, (Jacz.) Golovin Leveillula verbasci ،Erysiphe polygoni،Erysiphe pisi DC. var. pisi و .Erysiphe galii var riedliana (Speer) U. Braun از روي اين گياهان شناسايي شدند كه گياه Chrozophpora hierosolymitana Spreng براي قارچ U. Braun Leveillula chrozophora ، گياه Convolvulus arvensis L. براي قارچ Erysiphe convolvoli DC. var convolvuli، گياهان Rech F. Echinops mousulensis L.، Cousinia khorramabadensis Bornm. براي قارچ Leveillula taurica(Lev.)G.Arnaud ، گياه Verbascum sp. براي قارچ (Jacz.) Golovin Leveillula verbasci، گياه يونجه Medicago sativa L. براي قارچ Erysipe pisi var. pisi، گياه L. Sherardia arvensisبراي قارچErysiphe galii var. riedliana (Speer)U.Braun ، از ايران گزارشهاي جديدي هستند. همچنين گياهان Polygonom aviculare L. ،Centaurea virgata ،Althea sp. ،.Alhagi sp براي قارچ Leveillula taurica (Lev.) G.Arnaud و Polygonum patulum M. Bieb براي قارچ DC. ex. Amons. Erysiphe polygoni از استان لرستان گزارشي جديد است.

To identify powdery mildew fungi associated with range plants in Lorestan province, specimens were collected and micrometeried. All morphological characters of clistothecium, asci, spore and conidium of the fungus organs were recorded and shapes drawn by drawing tube. At the end, powdery mildews were identified with the help of identification keys. Fungi species of leveillula chrozophora U.Braun, Erisiphe convolvuli DC. var. convolvuli, Leveillula taurica (Lev.) G. Arnaud, leveillula verbasci (Jacz.) Golovin, Erysiph polygoni DC.ex.Amons., Erysipe pisi DC. var. pisi, Erysiphe galli var. riedliana were identified on these plants, that the plant species of Chrozophora hierosolimitana spreng. for the fungal species of Leveillula chrozophora, Convolvolus arvensis for Erysiph convolvoli DC. var. convolvuli, Cousinia khorramabadensis Bornm., Centaurea virgataand Echinops mosulensis Reshf. for Leveillula taurica, Verbascum sp for L.verbasci, Medicago sativa for Erysiph pisi var. pisi , and Scherardia arvensis for Erysiph galli var. riedliana are the first report for Iran, Also plant species of Polygonum avicular for Erysiph polygoni Dc.ex.Amons and Althea sp, Alhagi sp. for L.taurica in Lorestan provinces are new host species respectively.
