نقش جامعه ‌ايرانيان ارمني در ظهور معماري مدرن شهر تهران

مقاله حاضر در سه بخش ارايه مي شود. در بخش نظري سعي خواهيم كرد به موضوع مدرنيزاسيون و مدرنيزاسيون معماري با معني كلي آن و مدرنيزاسيون معماري در ايران با معني خاص آن با تكيه بر ويژگي‌هاي سياسي، اجتماعي ـ تاريخي اواخر دوره قاجار تا پايان دوره پهلوي دوم بپردازيم. بررسي نقش جامعه ايرانيان ارمني در فرآيند هنري و فني هم در اين بخش ارايه خواهد شد. قسمت دوم مقاله به تاثير تحولات سياسي ـ اجتماعي در معماري پايتخت و در حيطه ابنيه دولتي و خصوصي اختصاص خواهد داشت. هم‌چنين چگونگي‌ايجاد بناهاي خصوصي و بافت فرهنگي ـ اجتماعي ساكنان اين ابنيه از نظر شكل‌گيري طبقات جديد و پاسخ‌گويي به نيازهاي برخاسته از سبك زندگي نوين از منظر انسان‌شناسي، مورد بررسي قرار خواهد گرفت. معرفي چند معمار ارمني كه توانسته‌اند با درك نيازهاي خويش دست به خلق آثار معماري به عنوان يادگارها و انعكاسي از تحولات فرهنگي روزگار خود بزنند قسمت سوم و پاياني تحليل ارايه شده در مقاله را تشكيل مي‌دهد.

Upon stating the problem, questions, and methodology, and prior to the conclusion, the main discourse of the paper is presented in three parts. In the first part, we will discuss the subject of modernization and modernization in architecture in general as well as modernization of the Iranian architecture in its specific sense, emphasizing political, social and historical causes from late Ghajar dynasty till the end of the second Pahlavi king’s reign. The investigation of the role of the Iranian Armenian community in artistic and cultural processes will also be presented in this part. The second part will be dedicated to examining the impact of the political and social transformations on architecture in the capital city and the domains of public and private buildings. Also the creation of private houses and the cultural context of the inhabitants, the advent of new social classes and the question of satisfying the needs of new lifestyles will be discussed from an anthropological point of view. Introducing some Armenian architects who have been able to create architectural monuments through an understanding of the requirements of their era will comprise the third and concluding part of this article.
