چكيده لاتين :
Most of clothing industries in Iran are categorize in small and medium size enterprises. One of the important specifications of these enterprises is limitation in available resources, where restrict them on necessary investment in order to make them a successful enterprise. There are many factors involved in the success of an enterprise. But, all of them have not the same importance and impact on the success of a company. Studying and recognizing the critical success factors (CSF) in clothing industry and concentrating on them, increases the probability of their success and their achievements. In this paper, the critical success factors (CSF) of Iranian clothing industries were investigated. It is found that among many criteria involve in this industry, the four factors of product, managing style, customer relationship and the company strategy have the most important roles in their success.
