ديدگاه دانشجويان تحصيلات تكميلي دانشگاه كشاورزي و منابع طبيعي رامين در خصوص عوامل و موانع موثر در كارآفريني و اشتغال دانش‌آموختگان كشاورزي

پژوهش حاضر، پژوهشي پيمايشي و با هدف شناسايي ديدگاه دانشجويان تحصيلات تكميلي دانشگاه كشاورزي و منابع طبيعي رامين در خصوص عوامل و موانع موثر در ميزان كارآفريني و اشتغال دانش‌آموختگان كشاورزي انجام گرفته است. اطلاعات حاصل از بررسي ديدگاه 114 نفر از دانشجويان مقطع كارشناسي ارشد از مجموع 135 نفر دانشجويان اين مقطع در اين دانشگاه كه با استفاده از پرسشنامه جمع آوري و از طريق نرم‌افزار spssتوصيف و تحليل شده، نشان داد كه از ديدگاه اكثريت دانشجويان مهمترين عامل تاثيرگذار در تصميم گيري براي ادامه تحصيل در مقطع كارشناسي ارشد عدم وجود فرصت هاي مناسب اشتغال و مهمترين عامل تاثيرگذار در انتخاب رشته كشاورزي قبولي در اين رشته در كنكور بوده، همچنين تاكيد بر مطالب عملي و كاربردي علاوه بر دروس نظري و افزايش ساعات ارايه دروس عملي در دانشگاه‌ها مهمترين عوامل اثرگذار در كارآفريني دانش‌آموختگان كشاورزي قلمداد گرديده است. عدم اطلاع از بازار كار متناسب با رشته تحصيلي و سطح نامناسب دانش و مهارت‌هاي تجربي و شغلي دانش‌آموختگان كشاورزي به ترتيب مهمترين موانع كارآفريني و اشتغال دانش‌آموختگان كشاورزي بوده اند. همچنين نتايج حاصل از مقايسه ميانگين ها نشان داد كه بين ديدگاه دانشجويان بر حسب جنسيت، رشته تحصيلي، نوع پذيرش و سال ورودي در خصوص ميزان اهميت هر يك از عوامل موثر بر كارآفريني دانش‌آموختگان تحصيلات تكميلي تفاوت معني‌داري وجود دارد.

The objective of this research is to consider the Ramin Agriculture and Natural Resources University graduate studentsʹ viewpoint as regards challenges and obstacles of higher education in training entrepreneurship oriented Graduates. The present research was carried out in the general framework of a survey study with the population being taken from among the Ramin Agriculture and Natural Resources University graduate students (135 persons), from whom 114 were sampled out through random sampling procedure. Data were collected through questionnaire, and were analyzed using SPSS. The results in the descriptive part indicated that from the viewpoints of a majority of the students, the main effecting factor in deciding to continue oneʹs studies was the seeking for suitable job opportunities while not finding one, and the main reason behind choosing agriculture as oneʹs field of study was getting accepted in the entrance examination related to this branch of education. As regards entrepreneurship the main effective factor in training Entrepreneurship oriented agricultural Graduates is the need for emphasis on practical work and increase in hours of practical field operations at universities. In this research, a lack of knowledge of the job market opportunities proportionate with the graduateʹs educational field, and the graduateʹs inadequate proficiency and practical knowledge as well as skills were the main obstacles in the way of agricultural graduatesʹ entrepreneurship skills and Engagements. Also, Means Comparison Test revealed that there significant differences among studentsʹ perspectives of entrepreneurship, depending upon their sex, field of study exist kind of admission, as well as their year of entry into university.
