چكيده فارسي

استخراج روغن اسانسي اندام هوايي گياه Artemisia tournefortiana به روش تقطير با بخار آب انجام شده با روش تركيبي كروماتوگرافي گازي و طيف سنجي جرمي (GC / MS) شناسايي شده است. 29 تركيب از اسانس اين گياه به دست آمده كه نمايش دهنده %97/3 از كل تركيب هاي موجود در روغن اسانسي است. مهمترين آن ها ترانس ـ توجون (%47), سابينن )?16/5( و بتا پينن (%8/3) است. روغن اسانسي مذكور غني از منو ترپن ها است.

چكيده لاتين

The extraction of essential oil from the aerial parts of Artemisia tournefortiana was performed by hydrodistillation and identified by GC-MS methods. Twenty nine compounds were obtained that account for 97.3% of the total constituents in the essential oil. The main components were characterized by (E)- thujone (47.0%), sabinene (16.5%) and ?-pinene (8.3%). This Artemisia was rich in monoterpenes.
