چكيده لاتين :
Comminity-Oriented policing tries to attract the trust of citizens and maintain satisfaction of personnenel and thus benefit from the cooperation of them in solving the problems of community and policing. Police can attract citizensʹ trust and have their personnel satisfaction best by giving appropriate services. Citizenship organizational behaviours are those wihich are socially suitable and voluntary.
The present paper tries to provide citizenship organizational behavior standards and evaluation indices of the quality of services, and tries to explore the relationship between citizention organizational behavior and the quality of services.
The findings of the study demonstrated that the organizational structure and cohesiveness directely affect citizenship organizational behaviors. But, the organizational culture affects citizenship organizational behavior through character of the agents.
