The Role of Exclusive Quality Management in the Advancement of Training Quality in I.R.I police university

Environmental and organizational changes take place so fast and in an unpredictable way that the knowledge of human resources happens to be the only strategic advantage of organizations . When confronting such changes. Exclusive Quality Management is among the most successful management philosophies which can well be efficient in reacting to environmental and organizational changes, the organizationʹs needs and expectations, community and qualitative issues. Such approach in the realm of education and training tries to have needs analysis and curriculum planning for the personnel with a strategic approach. The present study Is a descriptive-analytic one. The required data were gathered by means of interview, observation and documents examination. The findings of the paper demonstrate that The quality of the process of education has measurable and non measurable standards which have been provided for selecting personnel and determining the suitable quality for teachers.
