Design EFQM & Six Sigma Process Model; Usage of Fuzzy MADM Technique

Use of modern management approaches to improve organizational performance, and increase efficiency of this approachʹs has been attention by many managers, on the other hand, one of the effectual management methods, has known process oriented management. Therefore, in this study, we try to design a EFQM and Six Sigma process model in order to use these two approaches in government agencies. In this research, introduced two approaches important visibility and management, to provide a model making these two approaches to increase its efficiency has been paid. The passer-management technique such as fuzzy MADM has been used. Finally, the unit of Yazd Regional Electrical Frim contracts to run the above model has been paid for evaluation and performance measurement model. It should be mentioned, all managers and experts in the research unit have company. The results indicate a significant increase efficiency approaches been used, saving time and money and increasing accuracy are in project implementation. It should be mentioned that this research analysis and survey data collection requirements, information model of organizational performance excellence Hydro Yazd and questionnaire has been used.
