Relationship between Self-sacrificial and Autocratic and Distributive Justice and Affective Commitment

The purpose of this study was investigate relationship between self sacrificial leadership with distributive justice and affective commitment among teachers. From total of Esfahan and neighborhood area teachers, 361 (70 males and 291 females) persons selected for answering to research questionnaires with using multi - stage sampling. Research instruments were: distributive justice questionnaire with four items, two items self - sacrificial leadership questionnaire with two items, three items affective commitment questionnaire with three items and two items perceived autocratic leadership with two items. Research instruments used in past research in abroad of Iran. Data analyzed with using Pearsonʹs correlation coefficient and moderated hierarchical regression analysis. Results showed that there are significant positive relationships between affective commitment with distributive justice (r=0.25) and significant negative relationships between perceived autocratic leadership with affective commitment (r=0.152) and self - sacrificial leadership (r=-0.332). Also self - sacrificial leadership have significant positive relationship with affective commitment (r=0.327). The results of moderated hierarchical regression analysis revealed that distributive justice not moderated relationships between self-sacrificial leadership with affective commitment and autocratic leadership.
