The Survey & Analysis of Retirement Law (In Social Security)

The rate of existing unemployment in the society, and the lack of suitable job opportunities as well as administars belief regarding a number of old employees disability who cannot be retired from work due to the law of social security organization are the main motivations of doing this research. It is not only a comparative and comprehensive study cancerning conditions and law of retirement in both inside the country and outside with others contries, but also the approaches of members of of parliament, of the senior managers in both Welfare ministry and social security organization: - Examination and recognition of aggregate obligation and variable influence on preparation providing and sanction of serviceable law for compulsory retirement (desirable model). - Analysis on the obligation and goals of providing and sanction of law for compulsory retirement of recent country, (urrent model) - The degree fo Recognition and comparing the regulations of social security retirement with fair rule and regulation or contradiction and being aware of positive influence on amendment of law of social securities retirnment according to pay proposal sample. As a general rule by this research become possible to answer the following question and the conclusion of this article presenting as follow. Is the law of social security of retirement according to the situation of society and supplying the major objectives of society? What are the obligation and aims, influence on preparation and sanction of law for compulsory retirement according to the social securities? How they paid attention to provide & sanction of present law of compulsory retirement of the country. What we concluded from this research? The model of preparation & sanction of law of compulsory retirement of social securities is far from the desirable model and it should seek and base on the influence of the socicty. Also it should be reviewed rapidly.
