Legal Rules and Principles Recognition governing the Amount of Dowry

One of the accepted legal institutions in Islam is «dowry» in permanent marriage. Its amount is very disputable too. Today, increasing the amount of dowry irregularly and going away the situation and nature of its legislation concern all. Legal pattern recognition of dowry amount and its legal rules and principles can be effective. It seems that the amount of dowry is not important and the intervention is not necessary and also to determine the optimum range for the interest is not coordinated. In this article, the author finds a way to show dowry nature and corrects viewpoints about marriage and indicates the aims of dowry amount reduction.
